Refund & Flexibility Policy
At Sharman Music Academy (SMA), we are committed to providing a superlative learning experience using innovative musical techniques. We understand that every student's journey is unique, and we strive to offer the flexibility needed to ensure your success.
1. Our Commitment to Your Learning
We want you to feel inspired by your progress. If your experience is not meeting your expectations, we offer the following solutions before proceeding with a refund:
· Teacher Replacement: If you feel an instructor’s teaching style isn’t the right fit, we are happy to arrange a change. Our support team will work with you to assign a new instructor who better aligns with your goals.
· Pause and Resume: If life gets busy, you don’t have to lose your progress. You can request to pause your course. Your remaining credits will be held, and you can resume your classes at your convenience.
2. Refund Eligibility & Process
If you still wish to seek a refund, Sharman Music Academy offers a transparent process for all unused class credits:
· 100% Refund on Unused Credits: Refunds are applicable only for paid, unused class credits. This policy does not apply to credits earned through referrals or those gifted by SMA.
· Pro-Rata Calculation: All refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. We deduct the value of classes already completed (from the date of payment to the date of the refund request) from the total package price.
· Processing Fee: A 5% Bank Processing Charge (subject to change based on payment gateway terms) will be deducted from the final refundable amount.
· Verification: Upon receiving a request, our team will conduct a preliminary review to understand your concerns and mediate any issues before finalizing the transaction.
3. Timeline and Method
· Payment Source: All refunds are processed back to the original source of payment. If a discrepancy arises, we may facilitate the transfer via bank transfer or PayPal.
· Domestic (India): Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days.
· International: Refunds are typically issued within 10-15 business days.
· Note: SMA is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or payment gateways.
